    If you want to use linear motion modules with higher travel and higher speed in a dust-free environment, GCB series linear actuator from TPA ROBOT may be more suitable. Different from GCR series, the GCB series uses belt-driven sliders and is widely used in dispensing machines, gluing machines, automatic screw locking machines, transplanting robots, 3D angling machines, laser cutting, spraying machines, punching machines, small CNC machines, engraving and milling machines, sample plotters, cutting machines, load transfer machines, etc.

    The GCB series linear actuator also offers up to 8 motor mounting options, combined with its smaller size and weight, can be assembled into ideal Cartesian robots and gantry robots at will, allowing for endless automation system possibilities. And the GCB series can be directly filled with oil from the oil filling nozzles on both sides of the sliding table, without removing the cover.

    GCB Series

    Special steel strip cover sealing design can prevent dirt and foreign objects from penetrating inside. Due to its excellent sealing, can be used in Clean Room environment.

    The width is reduced, so that the space required for equipment installation is smaller.

    The steel track is embedded in the aluminum body, after grinding treatment, so the walking height and linear accuracy is also improved to 0.02mm or less.

    Optimal design of the slide base, no need to plug nuts, makes the ball screw pair mechanism and U-shape rail the track pair structure is integrated on a slide base.
